The terms set forth herein, as well as the Privacy Policy, shall be governed by and construed, in accordance with laws of the Republic of Korea without reference to its conflicts of law principles and as if fully performed therein, and will bind the successions and assigns of each Party. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall be inapplicable to this Agreement. All disputes arising from or relating to the terms set forth herein or the Privacy Policy shall be brought in the Seoul Central District Court of the Republic of Korea, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court.

HMC may change this Site, including the Private Policy, or these terms at any time. If you use, or continue using, this Site after HMC has changed the terms you agree that you will be bound by the new terms.

If any of the terms set forth herein or in the Privacy Policy shall be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect under any applicable law, such term shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability and the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining terms shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
